ACK!!
i leave saturday to present research that i worked on last year at the geological society of america national meeting in denver. im scared out of my mind. i HATE public speaking, its bad enough presenting a paper in class, let alone research i will have to defend in front of a room full of potential employers or PhD advisors. the meeting lasts from saturday till wednesday, and i dont present till tuesday which means ill have no fun for most of the trip cuz i will be so stressed. AND there is already 4 inches of snow there, how am i sposed to look professional and put together while wearing 10,000 layers of warm clothing?
well, at least its almost over... then i get to stress about finishing my thesis again.
