I'm in the process of baking a pavlova right now.

I actually did good this time. Last time, I accidentally let a teeny tiny bit of egg yolk in the mixture and it totally fucked it all up. i got all pissed off with it and went and bought an angel cake from HEB instead for my birthday cake. This time, I beat the eggwhites before putting in the sugar, and it went all frothy and solid, the way it should.

I am most pleased about this :D
