I got the job!
Tuesday turned out to be a great day for me. Got the job I applied for at Kidspeace so its official, I start working next Thursday from 11p-7a. Was getting some good advice from my good friend about how I need to set a schedule and what not. But the schedule that I set will be blown to hell once school starts. (lol).. I feel a lot better knowing that I am finally getting a job that will help me out in my carrer. It is going to help get my foot in the door someplace else or get a heads up in life. I am really excited. Though I know it will be tough at first and strange to be sleeping during the day instead of night but again I can do anything I set my mind to.
On another note, 10 days and counting til blackbelt test. Sirs son Brian keeps reminding me everytime he sees me, he is worse than I am. He keeps asking me if I am ready and what not, and then that gets the attention of others and they wonder when my test is and wish me well. I get to do all 15 katas tonight in adult class. I am gonna be so dead. Then Saturday I get a kick butt review during the demo. I cannot wait I get to do my musical kata and other katas that day as well as see my good friend and his dad do their stuff plus seeing the other blackbelts show off.. Sure to be a long day since I will be there from 12-9 but hey, I wouldn't want to be anywhere else..
Got to see a old good friend of mine as she revisits downhere. Was nice to talk to her and just chill. Got her to agree to take class tonight so I am sure she is gonna hate me later for. :) But it will be worth it to work out with her again. I am just glad she is back in town and hope things work out for the weekend.
Other than that, not much else is new, ssdd.. Just not as stressed as I used to be. Only stressing about blackbelt test thats it. Made sure my good friend is gonna be there even though he was not being funny. I admitted at least that I was asking him a stupid question.. He is such a goofball, will just leave it at that.
