First knitted project
Last night right before I went to bed I finished off the hat I have been struggling with for a week. I finally got everything down and the last 20 rows knitted up easily, with only one frogging back to fix a major pattern error (it was a spiraled rib patterned hat, and if you made one mistake, the entire thing would be off, so lots of frogging back).
Tommy wore his hat to work today, so I don't have a picture of it finished yet, here's my work-in-progress photo at halfway there.
Today I am off to the yarn store to buy yarn to make my next project, a shawl for me.
Oh, and I also finished a draft of another chapter yesterday, it was a good day to finish things.
