Crash-lash
The fury of the 'Crash'-lash by Roger Ebert. I don't always agree with Ebert but I like what he says here.
The only Best Picture nominee I saw before the Oscars was Crash. It really affected me. Many scenes from the movie haunted me for days. It was well-acted and didn't candy coat the motives and behavior of the characters. I plan to see the rest of the films when they come out on DVD. I don't go to the multiplex much anymore because it's just a big pain in the tushie.
