(no subject)
Aaaaah, Christmas. Man, I've had a pretty damn fine one so far. My presents rocked! Last night Tanner and I hung out and exchanged gifts. He gave me two awesome pictures that he took. He's really getting good at that whole photography thing :) So, we decided we wanted to make cheesecake...and we kinda wanted to get out of his house which was full of people such as KT, Chris Speer, Aaron Clark (whom I haven't see in YEARS...and he was super nice to me...awwwwe), and the like. I mean, there's absolutely nothing wrong with those kids, but we just wanted to get away I guess. We went to my parent's house to steal kitchen supplies and he met my parents. As we were leaving he told my dad, "Nice to meet you" and my father (silly daddy) replied, "Thanks!" Haha. Tanner and I had a good laugh out of that one! But, as it turned out, zero grocery stores are open on Christmas Eve (who'd a thunk it?). So we went back to my place for a minute to play with kitty. We were both pretty tired, so I took him home and I went home to bed.
This morning was just super though. I got tons of good shit. Oh, and it's totally understandable if you guys think these gifts are dorky, but ya know, they're things that I really need that I wouldn't ever take the time or money to buy for myself. So I got a coat tree, an awesome set of towels, a hoodie, the game Cranium, a deck of cards, a scarf, gloves, an umbrella, a choker necklace, and an array of DVDs including Hitchcock's Rear Window, The Princess Bride, Edward Scissorhands, Hook, and The Sound of Music (thank you Jeron!). I'm so excited right now. Later today I'm going to stuff my face with turkey and mashed potatoes and gravy, but right now I think I'll go watch one of my movies in my pajamas. Later tonight I think I'm going to hang out and watch a movie with Angie. Tradition. Merry Christmas!!!
