Japan, Japan
Sven is currently having dinner with a bunch of 19/20 year Japanese students who are here for some sort of two week exchange.
But I am completely jealous. Why, you ask? Because he gets to talk to Japanese people and find out about their culture, while I sit here and have ideas about what it's like.
The only sort of connect I currently have with Japan is anime and manga which I devour with a strange sort of passion if (and when) I can get my hands on it. But this is only a superficial connection!
I want to go to Japan and study everything about it (preferably from a Sociological/Anthropological point of view with a main focus on Gender). Ahh, the dreams I have.
But I found this cool icon. On the other hand, if any of you have access to anime/manga that I can get (for no money), please let me know because I am going into withdrawal.....Woe.
