In more interesting news, a friend and I attended D-Con yesterday - Dundee's free anime convention at the university union. And it was good fun! There were well over a few hundred people there, mostly students, and so putting myself and C in the older bracket (when did this happen?!), and we got to browse through a lot of artwork, plushies, pick up some Pocky (choco-banana for the win), watch a Ultimate Gaming Tournament of Street Fighter, and sit back on a sofa and enjoy random episodes of anime including Romeo X Juliet, X, and the unbelievably cracky Fooly Cooly.
Sundee University union also do a mean (and cheap) selection of home-made burgers and onion rings.
