Choke is pretty good, much better than the movie, though the movie was good based on Sam Rockwell's performance. like a lot of Chuck's books, it builds up and builds up and falls apart towards the end.
you HAVE to read Chuck's book Survivor. its solid all the way through.
Yea I gotta get my hands on that one and Beautiful Monsters. I liked Choke the movie, but I felt like I could tell they cut out a lot of supporting detail to make it short enough.
