Been a while so...
Well it has been quite a while since I have updated. I have had the time to update but I still don't have Internet access at my place. So I have had to use my cell phone or a Sprint Air card from work to get online. I also don't have Cable TV still because Charter is being a huge pain and is taking way too long to come out and install the cable junction box to be able to hook up my place. I may instead go the DSL route as Charter said it could take 2 weeks to 6 months more to get me connected! So I am not too happy at all about that.
Anyway, today I finally ordered a sofa, coffee table and two end tables for my living room... yay! The couch is a custom order as I picked a different color so it will take 6 weeks or so to get the couch. It is an electric auto reclining couch too :-). So I will probably buy a futon or something to use for now until the couch arrives.
Oh and I found out yesterday that my AC doesn't work in my house for some odd reason >_<. I should have made sure it worked when I moved in instead of waiting until the first real warm day though. The AC unit outside doesn't turn on at all so I think it is an electrical problem. So now I have to have someone come out and get it fixed. What a pain.
So other than a bunch of house stuff lately, last weekend I went to go see Rachel graduate from Calvin ^_^. I also saw X-Men 3 for the first Midnight showing with a ton of people. I thought it was pretty good. Thanks for getting everything organized Brent!
I think I am missing a bunch of things but oh well. Anyway I want to finally have everyone over this Saturday evening the 3rd or next Saturday evening the 10th. So if anyone can't make it either of those days let me know so I can pick which one is the best. As for seating in my living room... hmmm that maybe a challenge but I will figure it out.
