They've given Grandpa Bud about a week.
He's not really in any pain, though, and that's good. He has trouble breathing, and he goes in and out of lucid periods, but is not in any pain.
How is it that an octagenarian that goes to the doctor regularly for check ups has probably had this for years, and they don't catch it until he has a fall and goes to the hospital for that? His doctor knew he kept losing weight and bruising extra easy for a long time, and that's two of the the symptoms that prompted the hospital to check for luekemia. I'm baffled.
