so this is what they call valentine's day...
Yesterday i dyed my hair almost black so this morning I decided to wear black to match the hair. At work things were going pretty well, candy, chocolate, more candy... I got a few weird comments because of my hair: people calling me goth, Amy Lee or Avril Lavigne (*goes hangs herself*) but besides that was pretty cool. Exikiel was wearing PINK!! *heart attack goes here* that was freaky... he's becoming one of them!! oh! i stole chocolate from exikiel, i'm becoming evil!! (muahahahaha)
They were giving cotton candy at work i felt like a kid. I told Roberto i was going to go to Apec with him since Katherine and Laura had told me that the people from publicity and graphic design had this thing at their college and i should go check it out. So since Roberto comes out of work at 5 i just went home at 3 and waited for him.
When i got home I logged on and founf a Hi5 message! that was pretty weird and it was even worse when i actually read the message. The subject of the messae was the place i was lastnight. When i read it, some guy i don't know is telling me that he knew he was going to see me once in his life but he had no clue it was to be lastnight. He also said that he had something he wanted to give me. That's some quality freakiness. Right after (around 4:30) SErgio calls me up and asks me if i'm going to do something for the next hour or two, i tell him that i indeed have something to do. He, however insisted in passing by to give me something. He said it would be soon so i guessed it would be ok since Roberto only had class until 5:00.
I was getting ready to go out and waiting for sergio to pass by when Roberto called me to say that we had to go, so i called Sergio and told him i couldn't wait for him because my friend had to go to class. He insisted, once again, he was just a corner away from my house so i waited for him. He showed up with flowers and chocolate and while he started talking Roberto arrived i told him to give me a minute and continued to say that back in november that day the staff was at hard rock cafe he tried to tell me something (let's all remember my alcoholic degree that night) and i replied in a language he did not understand (who knows what i could have said that night)he said that night he asked me to be his girlfriend and then he just backed out from it but he was waiting a day like today to give it another try, so again he asked me to be his girlfriend.
I felt so bad... i could only say "i'm sorry" and then he asked what did i mean with i'm sorry... i said i couldn't and he asked if there was someone else... i said no and he asked then what is it?... i told him i can't be in a relationship just to be in in one... i just don't feel the same for him and i'm really sorry... he said it was ok, he didn't care... i said you DO care.... then he said you're right... but it's ok... then he asked if there was any hopes i just told him i didn't want him to hold on to an illusion.he said it was ok.. we could continue to be friends...
All of this he-said-she-said deal happened literally in about 5 mins or less, and Roberto waiting because he was going to arrive late to his class...
Then we finally left... we had to take a bus there, that was fun... we waited like half an hour or so for the bus... it was so long i started making jokes about flashing the cars so they would give us a ride... the bus was uh... icky... i hadn't been in one in AGES i think last time i got into a bus was with Rui back in 2004... anyways... icky... they were playing bachata... i was "sight-raped" by every male in the busbut it was harmless... we finally arrived to APEC, Roberto when to his class so i was looking for katherine or laura... i found kath... we hung for a while thna laura arrived... i wanted Coca Cola, THEY DON'T SELL COCA COLA IN APEC!!! i seriously reconsidered going to apec for a while when i realized that!! class with no coca cola??? are you fucking kidding me??!?!?! no fucking way!!! laura finally calmed me down when she told me there's a colmado right across the street and they sell the precious liquid.
Well the thing they had at apec was kinda borign actually... i got away from the people for a while to write a bit and listen to music... i started calling people to see if anyone had something more interesting to do (actually in this situation even homework would have been a blast!) after i called a few people and had no luck with any... i went back to humanity and i found Ramon (i was forgetting he went to apec) so we where talking for a while (it's always A LOT OF FUN to talk to him) then i realized that we were pretty close to cinema cafe so i told him about going and we did. Over there we found Luis from work and a friend of his and Amaury was there also so it was pretty fun!
I think it has been by far the most random day i've ever had... it was pretty fun... i should keep on having days like this... no routine!
