Chapter 24 Picspam - Part II

Feb 27, 2012 21:54

More picspam for you tonight. This time around, enjoy outtakes from the Menon/Seiff, George Alcott, and Cyrus Bradford households.

Menon/Seiff House
For those that wondered, Jason died via getting aged up on the Sim Blender. He was permaplat twice over (once from his LTW, the second from the LTA meter), and I figured he deserved the shiny tombstone.

This was all staged. Death from old age did not have the animations I wanted/needed.

This is what his real death looked like.

And of course, the game sometimes throws me things you can't script.

Like Calla being the walk by as her father’s dying.

And something I’d never seen before:

Romance Sims are still Romance, even if the object of their affections is dead.

So Esther moved in with Taddy, Calla, Lizzie, Jason Seiff (another reason Jason Menon had to die…no way I could manage two Jasons under one roof. It was bad enough having two of them running around the hood in the same generation), and Rosalie. In fact, Rosalie’s birthday was the first big even in the household.

Time for her to become a kid!

Rosalie definitely favors Taddy, excepting her nose. She’s a playful little slob. It’s going to be fun turning her into a stereotypical 1950s housewife.

So Taddy and Calla are both Romance Sims, and you know what that means…

Yup. Another kid (and don’t you love Rosalie in the back, freaking out? I so wanted to use this picture in the chapter).

This little tyke is Gilbert Seiff. He’s blond (from Jason Seiff - Calla’s a bottle blonde remember), and has blue eyes. He’s a clone of his sister’s personality (3/4/9/10/1).

And since I apparently fail at picture taking, he’s already at his toddler birthday.

Since Taddy and Calla actually rolled wants to teach Gilbert stuff, I let them.

George Alcotts
As you can see, I’m breaking the one-kid-per-household rule for some of the families. Mostly because other than Nicky, I only got 2 boys on the first try, and I needed MOAR boys for plot reasons. So, this is what I walked in on when I opened up this house.

Because Viola got knocked up at the end of the last rotation.

But it’s okay:

Because Melanie is a Virgo, and she loves to clean. And I must say, since my asylum challenge, I like Melanie a lot more. She’s officially awesome in my book.

This family, thought they kept a good portion of their money, still fell victim to some of my restrictions. Most notably, a near-empty fridge.

So when they’re not working, George and Sterling are busy fishing, and I built a greenhouse and Melanie and Viola are gardening. Yeah, the lamps aren’t period, but I don’t know if the greenhouse will work without them.

Cute picture for cuteness sake.

Viola spent a lot of time in her PJs, since her everyday dress doesn’t have a preg morph.  (Aside:  Really, mesh creators?  Would it KILL you to put a preg morph in?)

Let’s have another birthday, shall we?

Aw. Shirley’s such a little cutie. You’ll have to wait for pics as her as a child though. You know what she looks like though.

Because we have other things to get to…like Viola telling Sterling she’s got a bun in the oven.

And since you can't see that she's pregnant most of the time, it's already time for the little one to arrive.

Ah, the things I can’t show in the story. Sterling is a finger gunner. Not an appropriate action right now, Sterling. Your wife’s about to give birth.

Quite well. Melanie especially likes to dote on him.

Shirley needs her airtime too.

She’s adorable, though I’m not sure George’s form of encouragement will improve her piano playing ability.

This is one of the reasons I love my hats. Doesn’t Georgianna look fantastic as a walkby?

How about another birthday?

Little Howard (or probably Howie, as he’ll be known) is all ready to be a toddler.

Howie’s a Libra (1/9/3/9/8); PDH is Nature. I can’t wait to see what he looks like as a kid.

Cyrus Bradfords House
What’s going on in my Sim!Daughter’s house?

Looks like I’m about to be a Sim!Grandma.

Oh, relax, Cyrus. It’ll all be over in a second.

See? Baby! Meet Frederick, or Freddy. He’s a cutie, as you’ve seen.

Cyrus has been making money by selling the drawing from the drafting table career reward. Not that the family is really hurting for money. Georgianna’s a professional party guest, and they had a boatload of money from the stuff I threw into her inventory before she moved to college. And he sits in his car a lot. He loves his car. I’m debating letting him rebuild a few of the cars that came with FT, since he would really get excited about that.

Let’s jump ahead to see Freddy’s birthday.

Aw, isn’t he cute! He’s a Virgo (10/1/9/8/1); PDH is Sports.

And Mama and Papa just adore him to bits. Can you blame them?

Have I mentioned that Georgianna has 10 outgoing points?

Yeah. She’s a naked hottubber.

One last pic, for lulz.

Thanks for scaring Freddy for life, guys.

That’s all for this round of picspam. Stay tuned for the last batch, from the main house.
