Let's see here-- what have I been doing lately?
- Federal and state income taxes. Completed and filed, even though they're still being processed on the government's side, so I'm calling that done.
- Literature review for project proposal. About 70% complete, I think, and in progress now.
- The project proposal itself. 40% complete? Maybe? But the team is focused and the next status meeting is tomorrow, so things are on track.
- Journal manuscripts, times two. One just needs a reformat and then can be resubmitted, the other is in another author's hands in draft, which means it's at least out of mine.
- Dissertation committee prospectus meeting. Scheduling inquiry goes out tomorrow, once I get participation confirmation from the last two committee members. (I hope.)
- Registration for dissertation credit hours. Immediately following completion of the above. Paying for them comes somewhere after that, whenever the bill arrives.
- House cleaning before family visit. My parents, sister, and brother-in-law are coming out for a visit, all at the same time, for the first time since I moved to Colorado. They're also arriving the weekend before the project proposal is due (which is why I'm trying to finish it early) and are all staying with me. (Ahahaha.) I should dust and mop and put away more books, I think, but aside from that, things are in pretty good shape. Now if I can just keep it all that way for the next two weeks...
- Short story draft #1 (original). In outline form. Ideally, I'll have it done by my birthday.
- RP things. SO far behind. I am going to have to carve out more time there ASAP, somehow.
- New Year's review and resolutions. ... well, it's on the to-do list, at least? (So what if it's February?)
It's a lot to manage, but it's not so bad. At least now I know why I'm tired! Ah well. It could be worse.
