I certainly enjoy my space and my yard - I'm surprised you lasted this long, though I know the condo worked very well for you in your previous 'stage' of life. :) I haven't figured out the whole 'sell your place before you can buy another but you have to do it at the same time' deal myself, but since folks do it all the time, it must be possible. :) Is the house you're looking at listed online? If so, send me a link so I can see
