I think I found where I'm going to get my inspiration. I went out to paint by the lake the other day and ran into Mukahi-san, Shishido-san's traveling partner, there. I hadn't even realized that Shishido-san was back in town. I missed him the last time he was around.

Well Mukahi-san's convinced me to come with them to help me find more inspiration ( Read more... )

What do you paint? And why wouldn't you want a party? They're fun!

Hi. I paint just about anything that inspires me but that's been mostly just nature scenes.

I think 274 is a little old for parties.

Nature's pretty~ Plants or animals?

...274? That's so old! How did that happen?

I paint mostly just plants. Though occasionally I can talk some of my animal friends into posing for a picture or two.

I'm a forest elf. We can live up to 1000 years old

Hee, I bet that's hard! Animals never want to sit still!

Oh... wow. Then I can see why you'd have to go somewhere else for inspiration if you've been staying in one place for so very very long!

I can usually talk the ones that live around here into staying still long enough for me to paint them. It's the animals that are just passing though that I have the most problems with. Some of them have very thick accents.

Accents? You mean you can really talk to them and they talk back?

Umm... well yes in a way... It's kinda hard to explain. But pretty much all forest elves can talk to animals.
