Warning: This post is diet and exercise related. Don't read if you don't care or are a non-dieter and will feel the urge to give "well meaning" diet advice afterward. Thank You.
I have been trying REALLY hard for one week now. I haven't been doing too terrible and I feel that progress will come (if slowly). I started last sunday by going back to SparkPeople and starting to log my food. I also asked Cyclops if we could start measuring food and eating more healthy at home. With his consent I have been measuring everything that goes in my mouth. I have done ok at this and it helps that my goal is between 1400 and 1800 calories a day. This is offset by the fact that I am exercising 5 days a week and I might make it 6. I ran 2 miles mon, wed, friday and I went to Yoga on Tuesday and this morning (missed class on thursday). The funny part is that keeping track of all this and trying to take care of myself is proving to be an excellent diversion from all the other things that are stressing me out. Cool.
