(no subject)
Got my wisdom teeth out yesterday and I'm definitely more sore today than I was yesterday. No, my prescription painkillers aren't that fun, they just put me to sleep. I look like a chipmunk, but it's over with and I don't have to start my new job at UNI on Sunday anymore, I get to start it at 7am Monday morning.
Thanks to Brian and Jessi who brought me fun things to eat and gave me company and put up with my sleepiness.
In other news, I'm not longer blonde. Yes, my blonde hair that many other women would pay money for has now been dyed a rather medium-dark red/brown by miss Mackenzie Calkins, Fashion Guru. I was really worried the night we did it, but ever since then my new color has been growing on me. The general opinion on my hair seems to be that it's not too shabby and change is always fun.
I start school on Monday. I'm taking Orchestra/lessons, Religions of the World, Humanities III (a history class), US History to 1877, and Intro to the Study of History. I'm thinking Intro to the Study of History is probably the weed-out class so this has the potential to be a rather intense semester...wish me luck.
The plan was to post a picture of my red hair, but apparently I can't upload a file from my computer without a paid account. Hmmph.
