Wondering Could I Just Be You Tonight
All right! A bright and shining day that I have partially squandered. Brian had a morning interview with a guy who sounds like he's going to give Brian the job. There is a small talk tomorrow, then an in-person interview next Wednesday. And the recruiter guy who hooked Brian up with this opportunity seems to think that things are going very well. If he does get the job it'll mean he'll be getting paid $32/hour plus benefits. It'll put his income around $60,000/year. That would be nice for the both of us.
Today we're going to Powell's bookstore, one way or the other. We wanted to go by bus and the like just to see how it is...but, we might end up driving after all. It's getting later because our mornings are slow when we don't have to really do anything. Oh, lazy times...
Anyway. I changed my user pics again. Some of them are ones I've used before, but not in a while...and I haven't really been in the mood to go hunting for new ones lately...but, I probably will sometime soon now that I'm in a more relaxed state. I'm still struggling to get a job myself...but, even if I don't...if Brian gets this job, then I'll be able to be more picky and choosy, and I'll have more time to spend studying and learning. Yay. If he doesn't...then, he goes back to the drawing board of things, and I continue my relentless search for a source of income.
