Attention Pet Owners: Pet Food Recall!
There has been a recall of 42 brands of cat and dog foods, which were tainted with RAT POISON, according to ABC News. Apparently, the wheat gluten that is used as a filler in some pet foods was derived from some tainted wheat imported from China. 15 dogs and cats have died as a result and many are facing kidney failure. Turns out I give my cats one of the brands listed, but was relieved to find that the dates didn't match those that were recalled. Rat poison.. can you IMAGINE??
