National Body Challenge!

So, a few entries ago I mentioned being too fat for my own liking and planning to lose weight...

Well now I am officially a member of Bally's gym and the National Body Challenge.

WISH ME LUCK!

My diet and exercise plan begin tomorrow. I'm going to spend 1 hour at the gym each night and concentrate heavily on cardio-- lose weight and get myself to a healthy point.

Smoking my last two cloves tonight (for a month, at least) and eating my last brownie/drinking my last soda.

Sweets are okay, but I abuse them X3

I'll take before/after shots and in a month, we'll see how much progress I've made toward my goal. (The plan is 8 weeks, however, so 1 month is only the half-way point.)
