Hiatus
So, I noticed that my dog has a cyst next to her eye. I took her to the vet last month, and they said it's nothing, don't worry about it. I took her back today because said cyst has not only not gone away, it has begun bleeding. It's a tumor. They don't know if it's cancerous, and it's in such a weird spot that they are not sure if they can remove it completely. She is scheduled for surgery tomorrow, and we will know next week if it is malignant. This dog means the world to me. She has been with me through countless moves across the country, through transerring colleges, and through family heartbreak. I don't know what I will do if it turns out to be cancer. So I just wanted to let you all know that I am taking a temporary hiatus from my fics. I cannot even think about writing right now. I will come back, just not until things are less emotional.
