The first thing that comes to mind when you think of? What scenario, whats everything you see? What does the object look like to you? ie. a hat, is it a base ball hat, a cowboy hat, a barret, what colour, what is it sitting on, where is it, are you reaching for it or someone else, are you just looking at it, whats happening around the hat, etc. or if you simply see something what you see
