Wow, talk about neglecting this thing...
So anyway, where to begin. Dealing with a lot of drama IRL. My family is proving to be pretty bat shit insane. Thankfully it doesn't seem to be contagious, yet. What do I mean? Well.... let's begin a magical journey! *flashbackrippleeffect*
Younger brother says he's gonna kill himself when he's not allowed to go see X-Men Origins: Wolverine (which was not a very good movie anyway) because he stayed home from school that day. Tries to bash his head open on several walls and is taken to the ER because he made the big suicide threat.
Fast forward to last week, my step sister claims downing a bottle full of her prescription meds and then calls 911 dispatch to get her. She is rushed to the ER, sedated and kept closely monitored. Turns out she didn't really down all her pills, she did it for the attention and to distract her step dad from talking to her about skipping work to hang out with friends. Also found out she's been smoking and purposely keeping herself sick. She had stopped taking ALL her pills and the prescription antibiotics to treat her strep. She's REALLY grounded.
Then the next night, my older half brother finally snaps and starts to tear his apartment apart. His girlfriend had been beating him and finally it seemed to sink in. Instead of doing the smart thing and reporting her bitch ass, he started punching holes in the wall. His landlord called the police and he went to jail overnight for malicious mischief. Good thing to come out of this is that there's now a police sanctioned restraining order between him and her, which is great because it should give his shiner sometime to heal first.
In good news, we found a new kitten under our porch. Her name is Widget and she's a couple weeks old (I'd wager). Very adorable and very sweet. We originally wanted to give her up (since we had 6 cats already) but I don't think she's going anywhere at this point.
Been spending a ton of time down south with friends. I kinda keep wishing I'd stay home one of these weekends but it just never seems to turn out that way. Oh well, ONE OF THESE DAYS! ONE OF THESE DAYS!
