That's been my understanding - that occasionally people who return here don't remember having been here... and our situation is something of a special case. [Ah, Cycle induced amnesia, how Kuja was not fond of you.]

Something like that - not something I'm involved in yet, but something outside the normal plane where those involved apparently gradually forget what their lives were before. A rather disturbing mess all around. [It is an attempt at being brief with it - it doesn't seem to be something the people involved in treat as a big secret, at least. Not that he would mind forgetting large chunks of his life, although he suspects it wouldn't really help and wouldn't change which side of that conflict is poaching him.]
