BEST WEEKEND EVAR
This past weekend has been fantastic. Not just the run of the mill, oh I went to Comox and took my mum out for breakfast and then came back. No, there was a BBQ, awesome food, great sex, wonderful walks, fabulous people, the works. Plus PLUS! Got to see Katelin and Phil on Monday for dinner and hanging out. I miss them so much. I'm trying to convince them to move to Vic now.
My new job (well, not so new now) is so great. Being able to live comfortably instead of pay cheque to pay cheque is a fantastic feeling. I haven't been yelled at once, overly much, which is a perk, and the work is so time consuming that it's time to go home before Ive even thought about it. I have to force myself to take a bit of a break once in awhile, but other than that it's probably the best job I've ever had. Thank-you Archipelago!
This loft is in need of some serious cleaning. I haven't thought about it in awhile, but there are drifts of cat hair everywhere. I suppose I should consider vaccuuming at some point... And the upstairs bathroom is getting a little funky. I'm sure I'll get it all done eventually, it just takes up so much time. Not that I'm really doing anything else, but it would be nice to vegetate once in awhile.
Ugh, dress shopping this weekend. I think I may cop out and wear a pants suit or something to the wedding. We'll see what Angie says. I should also mark down when the hell it is so I stop forgetting. Gods, I'm so disorganized this year. The library has become a sort of computer room. I set my laptop up in here to get it out of the living room, but I also stole the chair. Now I need a new chair AND three barstools. Damn. Anyone want to get rid of any furniture?
