Well this episode was slightly ridiculous. Dana would be highly trained and has successfully been an undercover agent for years, she's hardly likely to go off the rails like this. Plus I have trouble believing that the FBI would have let Elliot and Olivia's investigation get as far as it did. The idea of having one of their own be the victim was fine, but the execution was pretty shoddy :(
Calvin seems to have gotten over his mother doing a runner quickly. Even if he wasn't being a total brat about it I doubt that he would be playing pranks on Olivia. The whole thing seems temporary, like they're just having fun at a sleepover. And what was with his comment about Dana being Olivia's girlfriend?
If Dana didn't want the rape investigated, and didn't want to tell the FBI about it, what was she hoping to achieve by giving Olivia the kit?
Even though I can't see what Dana hoped to achieve, I can see why she would get mad about Elliot being involved. All she wanted Olivia to do was to run the kit, which doesn't require a partner. Plus I can see why Elliot would be reluctant to get involved!
Good to know that the FBI pays well. Of course the security must leave something to be desired :( Not sure though how someone who goes deep undercover for months at a time could have a family. I don't know how they expect to run an investigation if the victim collected the evidence. Later on the said that teh same paralytic agent was used on Dana as the other victim, how did they know that?
Why would they get into an argument with Dana at the rally, not exactly discrete. Pretty convenient that she got kidnapped. And that the car was burnt out in the middle of nowhere? Didn't quite follow that one
So telling Olivia and Elliot that Dana quit the FBI a year ago is one thing, but wouldn't now be the time for the FBI to remind the NYPD to stay out of their investigations?
These groups who complain about their government, wonder how they would manage under a government that was actually spying on them etc. Although for all his rhetoric, the guy Munch and Fin arrested was very cooperative.
How is it that Elliot and Olivia didn't get absolutely dragged over the coals for completely wrecking Dana's case? Probably should have been a little more guilt on their behalf
Well at least they had to grovel a little when they needed Dana's cooperation. Of course considering the other woman had died it would have been kind of petty of her to say no. Even though she was on desk duty her boss didn't seem that mad.
Jewellers have in house accountants?? Unless you think that they are lonely misunderstood people, why would you get involved in a prison pen pal program? Plus they never really explained how the non-Jewish guy got involved.
I think I liked the parole officer from last week better :)
Even though Dana's an undercover agent and all that, the sight of her on a motorcycle seemed a bit unrealistic. Don't know why they're worried about her being involved in her own investigation when they go to question the guy, she was already involved in the initial crime scene and picking the guy out as a possible suspect.
Considering how Dana was acting, I wouldn't have blamed that guy if he hadn't put the nail gun down. I guess it's a sign of how much the whole situation was getting to Dana, because normally if she had of aimed at the guy she would have hit him. Poor Elliot, injured again whilst Dana is around :P I guess baby Eli is getting a new teddy bear!
You would have to wonder why Coleman would confess to the other woman's murder but not Dana's rape. If he was doing it on another's orders he could be afraid of the repercussions?
Again why would the prison guards have let Dana in??
The way Dana described her rape was a lot more explicit than they normally have victims describe it. Maybe because it was atough character we already knew he writers woulddn't feel that we would feel so bad for the character having to relive it?
Star! Of course :)
Was it really smart to tell Ackerman about her children and husband? Now he'll just send people after them :(
