List 14. Things I Love About...
Summer? I dunno, I'm not exactly bursting with things to write about at the moment.
- festivals, concerts
- volunteering at said festivals and concerts
- sunshine!!
- wearing all the clothes that are packed away in the winter
- rollerblading and playing tennis at the park
- feeling relaxed and like it's break time, even with work and uni still going on
List 15. On My Shopping List:
I went shopping recently, but uh, I bought stuff like
- teeth whitening kit
- new toothbrush (forgot this)
- mouthwash
- q-tips (couldn't find these)
- band-aids
- a new, exciting life (couldn't afford this)
- chocolate (they had a sale on this and now I'm too fat to keep up with a new, exciting life even if I could afford one)
Ok, done being silly now.
I am facing 5 days of work in a row, then a day off, then 5 more. This would be more tolerable if I had had say 3 days off before starting this cycle, but I did not have that luxury. I'm pretty sure I would not be getting all these hours, except that the gov mandates that for work to hire me they have to give me loads of hours. So, uh, thank you gov? I am in this for the work exp tho rather than the money, but oh well. I was lucky we got to go home early today, because despite getting home early it feels like I just left and I have to be back there in about 8 hours.
