As they walked closer, the rest of the house was revealed, small and white and solitary on the tall cliff.
“Who lives up there?” Jon asked after watching the house for a while.
Brendon turned from where he’d been staring out at the ocean. His eyes followed Jon’s to the house and he paused.
“I don’t really know,” he said finally.
