Undercover Saturdays - The Claidi Journals
This week we are going back to my high school days, The Claidi Journals by Tanith Lee. When I saw and picked up the first book Wolf Tower in the book store it was because I LOVED the cover I thought (and still think) the girl on it was beautiful and I loved the dress she was wearing. I don't usually have much books with illustrations as covers but I love them as much as I love photo covers :).
Wolf Tower and Wolf Wing are my favourite, the dresses Claidi are wearing are gorgeous and unique and they contrast beautifully with the colours of the background. I also think the detail in the art is just wonderfully done.
