Oh dear. )
Even with all these differences to the world, he knew a problem when he saw one; as soon as the lights began to die overhead, his fingers sought out their grip on Seed's arm, Gale's sleeve. He'd need to keep them close, he realised.
And when he plunged into the dark, he was glad he'd decided to.
... And then there came that long howl, and if he hadn't already guessed that there was trouble on the horizon, he certainly knew it now.
"Seed. We need to get out of--" A rather angry brunette shoved past Jowy, and he was pushed quite effectively into Gale. He whipped around to deal with the person who would dare be so rude - though in this hysteria, he wasn't entirely sure what he could do about it - but he was long gone. Saved him the trouble, at least...
"We need to go."
His rune pulsed madly on his flesh, eager for the impending battle. It was all the warning he really needed.

Darkness.
Seed was too much of a soldier to be scared. He had been through too many battlefields painted in black to worry about a city going dark with beasts howling in the distance. Men were much, much more terrifying; they would leave you gutted and broken, leave you for the monsters to come and clean up with your face pushed into your best friend's guts and your legs snapped and angled like broken sticks.
Seed was much more scared of people than of creatures, and this was nothing new to him. He grabbed Jowy in turn, heart pounding, getting ready for fighting blind, trying to gauge which direction the bestial cry had come from. "Why aren't we gone?"

It wasn't until more panicking civilians rammed into him than he thought he ought to look down again, focused on a shadow that he was fairly sure was Seed. "Where do we go, Seed? You can hear the monster, can't you? Here's the center - so anywhere we head out, we risk running into it!"

Delirium popped (and there was a rather faint 'popping' sound, as well) up beside them, seemingly not fazed by the sudden change of light. "Very very few people are safe, you see. There's always something. Um." she looked around. "I'm looking for my brother, you see." She offered, smiling at him. "And there was a cat too, but Dream went away. Where are you taking them to?"

Where had she- Well. One more thing to add to the things he didn't understand. However, it wasn't exactly time to stop and think about it, was it? Those growls seemed closer.
He simply nodded at her words, wondering why she had smiled. Communication? Did she need shelter too?
He looked at her fingers - No identifying ring. No tribe.
He sighed.
"Anyplace covered and with only one entrance is safe, I can keep them from coming for a while." He explained, expression exactly the same as his green eyes investigated her features as best as they could in the darkness.
It was wise to keep these people close, they seemed kind, and well, if he lacked his tribe, the Embryon, he could try to get another one, because tribes were what allowed people to survive. Together they were stronger.
"You can search for your brother once this inconvenience is dealt with."

She took her hand off his arm and looked about with her mismatched eyes, catching sight of the two others there. She waved at them and tripped over to them. "The nice man is taking us somewhere safe. Though we could always just pretend that the monsters aren't there, that usually makes things go away, see?"

They didn't exist?... How was that even possible?
How great, such a good place to land in, at this rate, he would rather have landed weaponless in the middle of Ajna.
Well, at the very least, if this girl was offering to defend him and the people with him, then it was good enough as a start, if he was thinking of creating a tribe. Mutual protection was a must.
"I appreciate that." He said before listening to the man who had given him his jacket calling for him. He turned his head and observed him for a while, eyes narrowing.
"Gale." He said, as if to tell the other that, no, 'You with my coat' was not his name. "I don't think it is possible for me to answer that question, since I don't know how well you do or do not see." He said, rather objective like. "As for me though, I can see well enough."

She smiled brightly when the youngest one there (though she looked younger, despite being older than galaxies and planets) spoke to her. Something shimmered around her smile - the glassy eyes of an opium user, the trembling steps of a prisoner, the birds signing at midnight - but she nodded her head to him with a small giggle. "Thank you very muchly sir, that is most kind of you. I was following my fish."
Taking him to his word, she reached out to hold his hand, peering after Gale as he went. "Is he you're friend? He's moving. We can move too. I'm a very good driver, but I can go wroooosh right through someone's head and be there like that. Bam. Um." She screwed up her face as she began to walk, but the shrugged. "Do you have a name? I have a name."
