What: Starscream makes his first public appearance as Dictator of the New World.

Contrary to what the refugees might have thought, Starscream wasn't just prancing around making declarations of his newfound leadership. Of course he'd made the announcement - who could resist it? But he'd been working since then, searching for energy sources, gathering resources and... checking out what the populace was up to.
This little gathering at the spaceport was both intriguing and unsubtle. Starscream wasn't blind, or stupid (just very bad at implementation of grand plans). And so, in the face of a lack of minions to assist, he decided to crash the party in person.. in robot.
The sonic boom of an F-15 screaming overhead at Mach 1 before transforming and slamming heavily into the ground could not have gone unnoticed by the populace, though. Starscream straightened from the crouch, took his bearings, and ambled in the general direction of the spaceport.
