Hey LJ,
The last couple of weeks have been, er, an unplanned adventure?
I have been very sick in hospital, but I am out now woo! Freedom! No more being woken up every hour of the day and night to have my arm squeezed and a thermometer shoved in my ear.
Now I have a week (well, more like three days now) off work to finish recovering (I'm kinda a skeleton right now). I am strong enough to move around and sit at my computer, so what better way to complete my recovery than by writing?
I mean, I have to fit in some short walks and hefty eating to build my strength back up, but I have had plenty of time to daydream and now I can finally get those musings down.
So here is my master plan:
1. Make a killer music playlist. This is at the top of the list because it's totally the most important.
2. Get the juices flowing with some fanfic. I rarely write fanfic, but if an idea has a hold, I find it a brilliant way to get back into writing. Plot and characters are already there, and there's no way I am going to share it with anyone, taking away the pressure for the writing to be good.
3. Scribble notes for the next scene of my novel.
4. WRITE MORE NOVEL.
Perfect. Ready. Go.
But nap time first.
