So I've felt awkward looking at wedding stuff ever since Mom and I had that Talk, but I was on Buzzfeed and looked at
this article and it is ever so cute. I love Buzzfeed craft ideas. James and I once spent an evening looking over their creative bookshelf ideas. It was a wonderful evening. We are such crafty people.
The problem is that doing a creative Save the Date would mean doing a lot of those crafts over and over. Not sure how cool I am with that.
(also when am I going to find time to get married? James is probably going to be in North Carolina for a few years, and my education is going to take at least that long)
Anyway on that list my favorites are:
#7 (paper dolls)
#8 (spinner cards)
#11 (bookmarks -- mark your book and your calendar!)
#19 (the library card)
What would be the important dates for James and I though?
October 4 First conversation
October 22 First Date
March 7 Officially Dating
September 15 James moved away D:D:D:
I have a feeling we need a few more chapters in our story before I would consider the library card for our Save the Date.
Also I've decided that after this semester, I'm going to apply to local school districts to become an instructional assistant! Fairfax, Arlington, and Loudoun! But not Prince William. Never Prince William. I'm sick of working part-time. And I'm going to focus solely on my history degree. No more of this "endorsement" crap.
Provided we don't all go down the tube because of the sequestration, of course.
