!!!!!!!!!!!

I think this is the right video. I don't know the audio.

Anyway. I had my interview on Monday (gosh, has it been that long since I've been on livejournal?). There was another girl set to interview at 11:00 as well. Her name was Kelsey. Her last name was very similar to mine. I can only assume he called us both because he couldn't remember which one was which.

He was obviously impressed with my experience, which surprised me because nobody is ever impressed with my experience. However:

He: "How much are you looking to get paid?
Me: "Eleven dollars an hour."
He: *dead silence*
Me: *dead silence*
He: "Well you're an auditor, so you're used to more money."

Oh...awkward.

Also:

He: "So most of my front desk agents are going back to school full-time and looking for part-time work. It looks like you're just looking to pick up some extra hours after your night job, right? So are you able to work Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays?"
Me: "Uh...actually...I mean, Mondays are okay. But I also am going back to school full-time."

I suppose I could have summarized all this as "I was not what he was looking for at all, but why use one word when ten will do? Good luck to the other Kelsey, I guess.

Wednesday...what happened Wednesday? I went to Orientation on Wednesday. Got some ideas for jobs on campus, thank god. I fell asleep on the concrete steps outside of the class building, and no less than four people woke me up to make sure I was alive.

Thursday I slept all day. Not gonna lie. I'm pulling a five-day week here. On Monday I slept at James', I was up for 27 hours straight, apparently I fell asleep face-first on the pillow. "You were more interested in sleeping than breathing," an amused James informed me. He woke me up at 10:30. I thought he was waking me up to say goodbye for his 6:30 meeting, but no, he was back from that already. Out like a light!
