[The beginning of this video starts off more than just shaky, for the whole device seems to be twisting and turning. A loud THUD sounds as the PNG smacks the cool pavement hard, and now all it's getting is the upward shot of businessmen.
One of them is kind enough to step on the device. Thankfully it's not broken, as the feed continues until one man was observant enough to note this fancy device. He tilts his black hat back as he looks down and blinks, puzzled, before reaching down for the odd mechanism. He fiddles with it for a bit, drifting off toward a shop until he hears a very distinct voice echo in the background...]
WAIIIIIIIIIIIIIT! ...THAT'S MIIINE!!
[The PNG halts in its movement, facing the sky. A lanky man with nappy curls contrasts sharply against the cloudy day, but he seems to be calling from the window of a building, a couple stories up. He seems frantic, and the man holding the device says nothing.]
Could you, like... throw that up here? Yeah, that would do fine. ...No, it's alright, go ahead. Mm-hmm, I'll catch it, trust me.
[This PNG sure has gone on a long ride, for the man actually manages to pitch it up to the window where Burgh's waiting hands catch it, although he seems to almost lose his grip.]
Ah! Oh, got it. What a relief, huh, Leavanny? [Though the lens is pressed up against the fabric of his pants as though he had his hands on his hips, you can still hear the matching relief of his Pokémon. After Burgh brings the device up to fiddle with its functions, his eyes widen.]
Eh? ...It's been recording, hasn't it? Umm... that's right, I'm Burgh. In case you're not familiar, I'm an artist and the gym leader of Castelia City! Such a busy life I lead... but I love it this way! [He seems to have grown more dramatic over the past few seconds.] Right now, I'm in the midst of one of my great arrrtistic inspirations, so my production process is at an all-time high! It's me, at my greatest!
[If your greatest includes smearing paint on your forehead as you run your hand through your hair, then yes, Burgh is at his greatest. There is a nice streak of burgundy paint across his forehead that Leavanny notices and desperately rushes over to wipe off with a cloth. Burgh doesn't seem to notice, or at least doesn't seem to care about his blunder.]
