[The video starts up in what is probably the Pewter Museum lab. There's the hum of machinery in the background, and all kinds of equipment on screen. There doesn't seem to be anyone there, though, although there is the faint sound of someone muttering to themselves. After a few moments of this, Kay's head pops up from behind a table, and she looks at the camera.]
Oh- oh, dear, I forgot I turned that on! I get so distracted here, I start doing one thing, and wind up with five extra things that need done... I'm sure you all know how it is.
[She pauses to bring whatever bit of machinery she was working on up onto the table to continue her poking.]
Somebody asked me today if I had any plans for my birthday -- which I'd nearly forgotten is tomorrow! I swear, it comes faster and faster every year. I didn't have anything in mind, but it has been a while since I've celebrated with anyone other than my parents, I thought -- well, it would be nice for a change.
So, if anyone's interested, I thought we could, maybe... Oh, I'm not sure. Maybe get some drinks and get a movie out. I don't think I've ever really had many friends to do things like this with, so I'm afraid I'm not the best source of ideas... maybe you all can come up with something good!
[With that, She grins and waves goodbye to the camera, before getting up to turn it off.]
