Good morning, dears! Beautiful day, isn't it?
I've just come back from Victory Road. I go to train there every morning for a few hours; I've found that for my team, there's no better place to train than in the earth. Sometimes we take breakfast and spend it in the cave. Ah, the great outdoors! Nowhere better, is there? [Just imagine the mental image of Bertha with her entire team, having an early morning picnic in Victory Road. Yes.]
Well, I'm rambling now. Here's why I'm chatting with you today: just this morning I ran into a nice young woman who was doing dancing routines with her Pokémon! Why, I was quite surprised, but it made me wonder what other young people these days are doing to keep their skills sharp. I suppose it's never too late to learn something new, and I've got to keep improving if I want to keep up with the times! What do you do to train with your team?

Gliscor stares malevolently at the screen for a moment and then launches herself at it, making the screen flicker. When it stabilizes, the PNG is now aimed at the ceiling. Bertha's voice sounds distant, but quickly gets closer-] Gliscor! That wasn't very-
