Theres a problem brewing in Arizona. It concerns what are called anchor babies. This problem is easy to solve.
The baby is a US citizen. Mom and dad, however, arent. They have to go. If they want to take their baby with them, signing away all citizenship rights forever, they are free to. If not, they leave it and go home. Simple fix. I am even willing to bet that given the choices, the impact on the adoption market in this country wouldnt even be that great.
