The problem is, if your directly 'interfere' with them you end up funding them through their subsequent lawsuits. That's how they make a fair bit of their money; some of them are lawyers, and they sue anyone who confronts them directly.

Thats true, but how much of my tactics would they stand before they just gave up? Even if you sue everyone who kicks your ass, you can only stand so much asskicking before it becomes officially not worth it.
