You know, a lot of Republicans are assholes and I happen to believe that the Bush administration had a hand in the Sept 11 attacks. Proof of the second issue there will probably never surface, at least not until federal freedom of information acts expire in 50 or so years, but the fact that this man had to resign in pretty good evidence for the first issue.
