... and cuz sun_shined recently agreed with 's post about LJers mostly posting sad stuff (not all people, of course, but well...i mostly write about my bad days too), and i actually agree that we need more uplifting news in todays times, i'll share with you tonight:
a friend of mine is actually participating in one of the german versions of 'american idol', it's called 'popstars', and it still makes my eyes pop out every time i see her on TV...LOL! it boggles the mind!! anyway, her name is esra, and you can see her performing 'the scientist' by 'coldplay' with other candidates in this video (she's the one sitting on the stairs):
