The HDPE sheet for the shield arrived Tuesday. I spent last night cutting it into the right size (3X2) and bending it in the shield press. Oddly, this method worked. Surprising, I know.
The question of edging the shield remains unanswered. I will cover the face of the shield, but the edges? Dunno. Hopefully this will all work.
