V-day

I got red roses and fire & ice roses. They're beautiful. Viet boiled lobsters, grilled fillet mignon, asparagus, and mushrooms. That was a tasty Monday night.

Valentine's was quite low key as usual. The boyfriend works during these busy holidays. I baked a whole chicken with rosemary, parsely, thyme, sage, chopped garlic and butter stuff underneath the skin. Cut red potatoes, sweet onions, and carrots drizzeled with olive oil and rosemary baked on the side. Too bad I ate it alone. A glass of white wine definitely soothed my night.
