An Array Of Amigurumi
Ok, so I have 3 new amigurumi to show today!
First up, I re-did my first one I ever did, and also the first piece of crocheting I actually did. Ronaldo Rabbit! This is what he was supposed to look like- all nice and round. I've got comparison pictures, including my dire first attempt at making a pompom tail! I still love Ronaldo, but Ronaldo II is way better, if I do say so myself! ^-^
Then, I did this horribly creepy lobster. He scares me, and I'm waiting for someone to spot him among the others on my desk and want to take him off my hands! The tiny, staring eyes... :'(
And finally, Kiki Kitten! Ignore my disgraceful chipped nailvarnish!
Her delightful bow is covering up the worse piece of sewing I've ever done. I somehow managed to sew her head on completely sideways, then had to kind-of twist and stitch like mad. So yes, the bow hides this mess. Also, you can see her stuffing :(
Kiki was my first try at crocheting with 100% cotton yarn, and I must say it hurt my wrists/fingers more and was harder to knot and stuff. It feels soooo niiiice though!
