Le-mon-cel-lo ::clap, clap, clap clap clap:: Yummy! I got back yesterday from my weekend trip to Sorrento, Capri and Pompeii. I think my favourite place in all of Italy is Capri. The island is so beautiful and quiet! It's a little port city just off the coast by Sorrento, and they make the best lemoncello. Lemoncello is an afterdinner drink. You're supposed to have a little shooter size glass of it, just to cleanse the palat. They also make Fragolina (strawberry instead of lemon) and meloncello (cantoloupes). My favorite is meloncello and I'm seriously considering bringing back some for the apartment and whoever stops by during that weekend (hint hint for those of you in town that weekend, I'm having people over so I can see everyone again!) I got a murano glass bracelet that's beautiful, and it was really cheap. I love bargaining! This weekend, I'm going back to Sorrento, but Michelle and I are also going to hit Positano, Almafi and a couple other coast towns. This weekend and next to Sicily are going to be more relaxing than sightseeing, which will be nice for the end of the year. That's all for now. I miss you all and I can't wait to see you again! Ciao!
