God. Even the DMV Online sucks for service...
Ok- I'm trying to renew my drivers license...but I need to change my address. To change my address I need a PIN, which I requested...but the pin is mailed to the address currently on my drivers license. Lets stop there. Why the FUCK would you want it mailed to the "current" address...if you're doing this to CHANGE said address. We're obviously not just changing the address for fun...
So. Its been about a week since I did that, and my dad has received nothing (hoping it would be forwarded to his P.O. Box since he doesn't use street addresses for mailing) when it was supposed to get there within 3 days of request.
If I just say fuck it, I'll change the address when I get back, I'm still fucked b/c my DL will be delivered to my old address. But I can't renew my license online anyways..because I'm not 18...so I have to wait till my license expires (my birthday) to do anything.
In short: This blows.
And I don't quite know what I'm supposed to do. Its a couple days before my birthday, so in two days I will be driving around without a current license. And no matter what I do- it will be at LEAST a week that I don't have one, what with time for mail to deliver.
