(no subject)
so today we had a meeting about the degree show... and how scary it all is... and these sorts of things...
i came home after plotting out in my head what i want the show to look like and started to plot out an idea for my vinyl text... its rough and unfinished and it also kinda annoys me how much it looks like some visual communications design students work... but im a bit excited about it
basically whats happening is the white text would be plain white glossy vinyl and the black would be glossy black... so its this combination of texts whispered and shouted... the difference between calling someones name and resting your hand on their shoulder when theyre facing away...
its the sucker punch
this is the point where i got blocked and couldnt think of anything else to write... i'll go through my old note books and sketch books though...
i'm gonna print this out and try to find a tutor to show tomorrow...
i'm a bit worried about it thought because its likely to be quite expensive to get all of those letters printed out...
my memorial plaque turned up today... the correct one (white text black background)... its the kind on a stick you push into the ground... im gonna stick it in a flower bed...
it says "I just want to die without you"
which i love... pretty much
i should sleep... because... i've got nothing better to do...
