The roofers are FINALLY installing the metal part of my roof. I should have a complete roof again within a few days, possible even today. This is HUGE. It has been a work in progress since Hurricane Wilma in October of 2005.
Additionally, the contractors were over today to measure off what areas of ceiling and walls will be removed/replaced. They have already got all the permits and can begin demolition very, very soon after the roof is done. Eek!
