O-Town

No, not the musical group, the city.  So, this past weekend, Patrick, Jim, Chris and I went on an excursion to Orlando.  It was a fun time, but was completely pointless.  We did some shopping, some eating, and lots and lots of driving. The one eventful thing we managed to do was a bit of go-kart racing. Also, Chris and I went on this really fun and partly scary ride where you get catapulted 180 feet up into the air and virtually free-fall back toward the earth.  Then, you bounce back and forth a few times before you are lowered back down.  Jim tried to get me not to do it, but it was a very smooth ride, and I had fun. I am glad I did it.

I took several thousands of lives on the trips up and back. Those darned love bugs just didn't want to clear the road.

Patrick and I are working on plans for an EPCOT trip with both our mothers. If it works out, it's gonna be fun for sure. This would be our first cross-family event.  We've both met each other's families a few times.  We never mixed them up though.  I suppose it is reasonable now. We've been together for 16 months.  Yay!
